CEN provides Free services for BME led enterprises with thorough Diagnostic and Action Planning. If you need any help contact us. These collect the appropriate data required to check the business’s health and draw up an action plan on the basis of the diagnosis to modify if any problems are identified. We use tools devised by Business Link. CEN staff are trained in use of the Business Link for London diagnostic tool.CEN has been working with Business Link for quite some time now on SFI (Small Firms Initiative), Skills for Life and AddMore programmes. CEN has used BIP (Business Improvement Plans) diagnostic form for SFI, TDP (Training and Development Plan) and PAP (Personal Action Plan) for AddMore, and IiP (Investor in People) Action Plan. All the above tools were devised by Business Link for London and LSC and have been used by CEN staffs to work with over 800 businesses during past few years. For the present project, CEN will use Business Link provided diagnostic tools. All our advisors are familiar with the standard of Business Link diagnostic tools. Our delivery staffs have been trained by Business Link agents in familiarising diagnostics and Action Plan tools. In addition, CEN is also familiar with several other diagnostic standards and action plans, such as ESO company training plan set out by Exemplas and LSC. Our advisors were trained by Business Link representatives on several occasions through a series of formal and customised training and workshops. We are confident that our business advisors are adequately equipped to follow and implement the standard of Business Link. Some of the business advisors who will be involved with the project will either be SFEDI accredited or working towards SFEDI accreditation. Some of our advisors have previously worked for Business Link.
